1.3. This Website is an "intermediary" within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") with respect to content posted by users, and claims the protections available under Section 79 of the IT Act read with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021").

1.4. Content posted by users represents the views and experiences of those users alone, and not of the Website or its operator. We do not verify, endorse, or adopt user content as our own.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Website or post content.

2.2. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• (d) The content does not disclose personal information of any individual (including delivery partners, customer-care agents, or other employees) such as names, photographs, phone numbers, or addresses, except as permitted under our Community Guidelines;
• (e) The content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other rights;
• (f) You are not an employee, agent, competitor, or person acting on behalf of a competitor of the Brand posting content for commercial or malicious purposes;
• (g) You have not been compensated or incentivised to post the content.

4.3. Prohibited content. You must not post content that:

• is knowingly false, fabricated, or misleading;
• contains abusive language, threats, hate speech, or content targeting any person's religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity;
• constitutes harassment, doxxing, or incitement of violence against any individual, including employees or delivery partners of the Brand;
• is sexually explicit or harmful to children;
• violates any law, or encourages others to do so;
• contains malware, spam, phishing links, or unsolicited advertising;
• impersonates any person or entity;
• threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India or public order.

4.4. We reserve the right (but have no general obligation) to review, moderate, edit for compliance, refuse, or remove any User Content at any time, in accordance with our Content Moderation & Takedown Policy.

5. Licence to User Content

5.1. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting), and distribute the content on the Website and in connection with operating and promoting the Website.

5.2. This licence survives removal of the content to the extent copies exist in backups or archives, and to the extent needed to comply with legal obligations.
