These Guidelines apply to everything you post on the Website. They exist to keep the platform credible, lawful, and fair — to you, to other consumers, and to the persons and businesses discussed here. Violating these Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, and, where required, disclosure to lawful authorities. These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Use.
The Golden Rules
- 1Post only your own genuine experience. First-hand accounts only. Don't post on behalf of "a friend" or repeat rumours.
- 2Facts must be true; opinions must be honest. Say what happened, when, and what the outcome was. Label your interpretation as your opinion ("I feel", "in my view").
- 3Keep your evidence. Order ID, invoice, screenshots of chats/emails, photos of the product. You may be asked to substantiate your post if it is legally challenged. Posts with evidence are stronger and safer for everyone.
- 4Attack the problem, not people. Criticise the service, the process, the outcome — never abuse individuals.
What You MAY Post
- Honest descriptions of your order experience: delays, wrong/missing items, quality issues, billing or refund disputes, expired products, customer-support interactions;
- Redacted screenshots of your own communications with customer support;
- Photos of products/packaging you received;
- Your order ID and the date/city of the incident;
- Factual updates, including when your issue gets resolved — you must update or note resolution;
- Constructive suggestions and questions to other consumers.
What You MUST NOT Post
Content about people
- Names, photos, phone numbers, IDs, or any identifying details of delivery partners, customer-care agents, store staff, or any private individual. Blur/redact faces, names, and numbers in all screenshots and photos;
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or content targeting anyone's religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity;
- Calls to confront, boycott violently, or harm any person.
False or manipulative content
- Fabricated, exaggerated, or misleading complaints;
- Complaints written by or for competitors, or any paid/incentivised content;
- Duplicate posting of the same grievance, vote manipulation, or spam;
- Impersonation of any person, company employee, or official.
Unlawful and unsafe content
- Anything defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or harmful to children;
- Personal financial data (card numbers, UPI IDs, OTPs) — yours or anyone else's;
- Content that violates any law, court order, or that threatens public order or the sovereignty, integrity, or security of India;
- Malware, phishing links, or advertising.
Language rules
- Do not describe any person or company as a "fraud", "criminal", "thief", or as having committed an offence — these are legal conclusions. Describe what happened instead ("I was charged twice and my refund was denied") and let readers judge;
- Avoid absolute claims about the company as a whole ("they always cheat everyone") — speak to your own experience.
Evidence & Verification
We may ask you to privately share proof (order ID, invoice, screenshots) before or after publication, especially for serious allegations.
Posts making serious allegations without any supporting detail may be declined, edited to remove unsubstantiated assertions, or removed.
If the subject of your post disputes it and you cannot substantiate it, the post may be removed and their response may be published.
Resolved Issues
If your grievance is resolved, you must update your post or inform us so we can mark it "Resolved". Leaving resolved complaints unmarked misleads readers and is a violation of these Guidelines. We will not remove truthful posts merely because the issue was resolved, but the resolution will be displayed.
Right of Reply
The Brand or any person named in a post may submit a response. Responses that comply with these Guidelines will be published alongside the original post.
Moderation & Enforcement
- We may edit posts only to redact personal data, remove unlawful language, or fix formatting — never to change the substance of your experience;
- We may decline, remove, or restrict content that violates these Guidelines or applicable law;
- Repeat or serious violations lead to account suspension or permanent ban;
- Where required by law or valid legal process, we may disclose registration and log information relating to a post.
Reporting Content
Anyone may report content that violates these Guidelines via the report link on each post or by emailing grievance@blinkcheats.live. See the Terms of Use for grievance redressal timelines.
Remember
You are legally responsible for what you post. Truthful, evidence-backed accounts of your own experience, expressed without abuse, are strongly protected forms of consumer speech. False or reckless statements are not — and you agree to indemnify the Website for claims arising from your content (see Terms of Use, Clause 10).
